The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to both the shops and a park. Guests can easily walk to nearby restaurants and services. For those arriving by train, the Loughborough GCR station is within walking distance. the rooms are clean and pleasant, with the option to open the windows for fresh air. the Thyme restaurant serves delicious breakfast and the bar is a great place to relax. the staff members are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The hotel does not have its own car park, requiring guests to use nearby public car parks.

The hotel was set 15 minutes by walk from great central railway. Everything met the needs.

The room had a convenient kitchen, and it was great to have the option to make tea or coffee. I highly recommend visiting Dolcino nearby for a wonderful experience. You can also enjoy a pleasant 5-minute walk to Charnwood Museum.

Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with everything being clean and well-maintained. The large and comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. Lastly, the onsite restaurant served delicious meals, and I particularly enjoyed the fish and chips - just as another reviewer mentioned. this hotel provided great value for money and is conveniently located for exploring the town.

Spent Christmas in a hotel and it was fantastic! Great service and check-in was smooth. Really appreciated the kind and accommodating staff who made sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. The location also provided easy access to nearby attractions. Another plus was the delicious breakfast spread that was offered, definitely made our stay even better! Lastly, there was an amazing pool that was perfect to unwind in after a long day.

Though we had a great time overall, there were a couple of slight inconveniences. the parking was not free and required additional payment.
